We've gone virtual! Times are changing, and so are we. When the industry slowed to a stop because of the COVID19 Pandemic, the H&Co team quickly pivoted. Many of our skills translated perfectly to the new format and there was still plenty of exciting things to learn. We've been handling virtual events for the past year and we would love to help you make your virtual event into a reality.

Planning

Virtual Events
Just because events have gone from in person to virtual doesn't mean the planning is any easier- we've found it's quite the opposite. No longer do we hand out microphones and point participants on their marks on stage, now we check their home systems and ensure their shot is acceptable. Planning has shifted, planning is still paramount. We've got it figured out, through experience and research. We'll plan for the contingencies so you don't have to.
Live Events
We know the time spent planning before arriving onsite, leads to efficiencies with our resources. For example, local labor costs are a large portion of a budget. Our planning, maximizes these resources so your event runs as efficiently as possible, on schedule & budget.

Virtual Events
We have the contacts, the teams and the tools to expertly manage your event. Whether it's from our home office or a socially distanced remote studio. We will train your team on our communication tools and rehearse your talent from the comfort of their own homes. Our Virtual Tech books will keep everyone in the know and informed of up to the moment changes.
Live Events
In the Pre Production phase, our team discusses your project to gather your key objectives. We to build a team to support these goals and map out a timeline that sets us in motion. This culminates to our arrival onsite for the Execution phase. We are excited to see our hard work come to fruition. In our Reconciliation phase, we review our show notes and budgets. We take this information, of what worked well and what could be improved, to refine our process.

Virtual Events
Virtual events have unseen obstacles- one we quickly assessed and solved for was the complex mapping of virtual stages, greenrooms and production offices. Another is the intricate systems of communication. Good news is we figured it out so you don't need to.
Live Events
We measure, draw, and plan your event, so you can focus on filling the room with talent, attendees and sessions. Our expert team of draftsmen handle all elements from fire marshal plans to seating charts.
